Don Beauregard
Director of Development
Don Beauregard has more than 35 years of experience in the investment and development of commercial, resort, and residential real estate. He started his career as an integral part of an industry-leading team that developed the world-renowned Keystone Resort and Ski Area. Additional resort involvement included participation at the Jackson Hole Ski Corporation and as Managing General Partner of the Arizona Snowbowl Resort Partnership.
In 1998, Don launched a “rural renaissance” investment program that resulted in the acquisition of strategic parcels of development land in a number of southwestern ex-urban markets including the Sonoma County wine country of California, Wickenburg, AZ, Santa Fe, NM, the Hill Country of Texas, and Aurora, Colorado. During the following 10 years, Mr. Beauregard enhanced the portfolio through the entitlement process, infrastructure, and amenity development.
In 2003, he launched the development of the 600-acre Monte Sereno community in Santa Fe, NM. During the subsequent several years, Monte Sereno evolved into an active lifestyle environment attracting families from throughout the US. The sale of 153 estate lots and building of 60 estate homes valued between $1.3M and $2M established Monte Sereno as Santa Fe’s premier master planned community. Don’s commitment to Monte Sereno and its future influenced him to commit to a senior role as Director of Development with 21 Club to complete his vision of this unique piece property.
